All lifting beams are designed and manufactured in accordance with the Machinery Directive EN 13155.
For quality assurance, each lifting beam is marked with WLL (Working Load Limit), tare weight, CE marking, and is galvanized and painted according to customer specifications. Manufactured in steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.
According to our quality standards, a user manual is included with each lifting beam.

If the cranes are installed outdoors, special requirements apply for 10-year inspections. These inspections must cover load-bearing parts, welds, joints, safety equipment, and transmission systems.

Crane service, inspection, and repairs
According to the Danish Working Environment Authority, all lifting equipment and accessories must undergo a mandatory inspection (main inspection) every 12 months.
The legal requirements include:
- Adjustment, functional testing, and visual inspection of safety devices
- Visual inspection of structural steelwork, load-bearing components, and mechanical parts
- Functional checks of electrical installations, power supply, and control mechanisms
- Functional checks of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Load testing and documentation
- Other relevant inspections as listed in user manuals or crane logs
