SKS boat and marina cranes
The vast majority of Denmark’s marinas use a pillar slewing crane for launching and lifting boats.
Boat cranes are constructed either with a single hoist combined with a lifting yoke, or with one hoist at each lifting point, a total of 4 hoists.
Boat cranes are finished with corrosion-resistant surface treatments (up to corrosion class C5 high, either painted or hot-dip galvanized).
Additionally, all motors are protected from the elements, and all cables are suitable for outdoor operation.
Optional features include standby heating in the electrical cabinet as well as heating in the motors and control panel.
Boat cranes typically feature a specially reinforced foundation to maximize reach over the basin.
Foundation embedment anchors are delivered in advance as part of the SKS Kraners package.
Boat cranes can be supplied with lifting capacities of up to 100 tonnes.

SINGLE-GIRDER TOP-RUNNING OVERHEAD CRANE
The end carriages run on top of the crane runways. The hoist trolley is underslung on the bridge. The trolley and hoist can be delivered in an extra low-headroom design to optimize lifting height.
Standard working range up to 10 tons with a maximum span of approx. 36 meters (box girder) and up to approx. 18 meters in profile steel.
SINGLE-GIRDER UNDER-RUNNING OVERHEAD CRANE
Both the end carriages and the trolley are underslung on the crane runways and bridge.
The trolley and hoist can be delivered in an extra low-headroom design to optimize lifting height.
This type of crane typically places high demands on the building’s roof structure.
Standard working range up to 8 tons with a maximum span of approx. 25 meters (box girder) and up to approx. 18 meters in profile steel.
DOUBLE-GIRDER OVERHEAD CRANE
This crane type is top-running and typically used for higher lifting capacities.
Can be delivered with a maximum lifting capacity of 160 tons.

Hvis der er tale om udendørs opstillede kraner, er der særlige krav om 10 års eftersyn. Dette eftersyn skal omfatte de bærende dele, svejsninger, samlinger, sikkerhedsudstyr og transmissionsudstyr. Uanset hvornår på dagen, at du ønsker servicen på din kran foretaget, skal du ikke tvivle på, at vi er den rette til opgaven – vi servicerer alle døgnets timer året rundt.
Kranservice, eftersyn og reparation
Fra Arbejdstilsynets side er der krav om, at alle hejseredskaber og løftegrej skal have et lovpligtigt eftersyn (hovedeftersyn) hver 12. løbende måned.
De funktioner, der iflg. loven skal udføres, udgør:
- Justering, funktionskontrol og visuel kontrol af sikkerhedsudstyr
- Visuel kontrol af stålkonstruktioner, bæremidler og mekaniske dele
- Funktionskontrol af el-udrustning, strømtilførsel og betjeningsorganer
- Funktionskontrol af hydrauliske og pneumatiske komponenter
- Prøvebelastning og dokumentation
- Andre relevante dele der må fremgå af brugsanvisning eller kranjournal
